Director Baessler serves as the Human Resources Director for the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, bringing over 20 years of progressive experience in public sector HR. She began her career with the agency in 2005, serving in various roles including HR Specialist, Supervisor, and Manager before advancing to leadership positions with Adams County Government. In 2023, she returned to the Sheriff’s Office to lead its HR operations. Director Baessler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from American University and is recognized for her strengths in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. She is dedicated to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in service, trust, and professional growth.
