Meet our HR Director
As the Human Resources Director for the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, Jennifer Baessler is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for our agency. With over 20 years of human resources experience supporting law enforcement, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and organizational strategy to the Sheriff’s Office.
In this role, Jennifer works closely with the leadership team to ensure that our policies align with both the values of the Sheriff’s Office and the needs of our community. With a focus on enhancing employee engagement, wellbeing, and career growth, Jennifer plays a crucial role in strengthening the Sheriff’s Office team and its ability to serve the people of Adams County. Jennifer is committed to making the Adams County Sheriff’s Office an employer of choice.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from American University and holds her SPHR certification.
