Overview of Inmate Records Release

Individuals may request inmate records such as custody letters, medical files, GPS records, grievances, and classification reports. All requests require a $5 deposit and may incur additional fees based on the type and quantity of documents requested. If the inmate is in custody, communication must be conducted through the Kite system.

How to Complete the Inmate Records Release Form

To request records, complete all required fields on the Inmate Records Release Form, including inmate name, DOB, and incarceration dates. Select the records you wish to obtain and indicate your preferred method of delivery (mail, email, fax, or pick-up).
