Managing Inmate Funds
Family and friends can deposit money into an inmate’s account to be used for commissary purchases, phone services, and other approved expenses. Various convenient options are available.
Inmates are assessed a $30 booking fee that is collected upon their arrest. Any monies put into an inmate’s account will automatically have the booking fee deducted.
Cash Payment
Cash payments are accepted at the Kiosk at the Detention Center Visitor’s Entrance.
Credit Card
Credit Card payments are accepted via the Access Secured Deposits website by clicking the button below. They can also be made over the phone by calling (866) 345-1884.
Money Orders
Money Orders should be made payable to ACDF or Adams County Detention Facility and can be dropped off with the main office at the Visitor’s Entrance. Money will go into an inmate’s account the next business day.
Important Information about Calling Accounts
The telephone system available to the inmates is owned and operated by an independent company, HomeWAV. All calls (local and long distance) are collect calls and will be billed to the party accepting the call. Charges differ according to the area being called.
